How does the Duo Momento Travel Planner service work?
You fill out a specific form (destination, dates, budget, desires).
Then we make contact and discuss your project together during a discovery call. This allows you to go beyond the form, to specify your desires and needs.
Then I create a custom-made digital travel book: complete itinerary, premium accommodations, unique experiences, reliable booking links.
You book yourself, freely.
Delivery within 2-3 working weeks.
Do you organize the reservations for us?
No. As a Travel Planner, I do not make reservations.
I provide you with a detailed itinerary, precise recommendations (accommodation, transport, activities) as well as links and advice to book easily, transparently and in your name.
When should I contact you?
Ideally, you should contact me 3 to 6 months before departure, especially for long-distance trips or honeymoons.
However, last-minute requests can also be considered depending on my availability.
What if unexpected events occur before the trip?
Any cancellations or changes to booked services (flights, accommodations, activities) are fully governed by the policies of the respective providers.
As your travel planner, my role is advisory and does not include managing these reservations directly.

Is it possible to adjust the itinerary after it has been confirmed?
Absolutely. Adjustments can be made within the scope of your selected package.
Every journey is bespoke, so flexibility is naturally part of the personalized experience.
Are the services refundable?
The services of travel planner correspond to a work of consulting, research and personalized design.
In accordance with the nature of these services, no refund can be made once the service has started, even in case of cancellation of the trip by the client.
